Clear Creek Citizens' Challenge: only $45 per person

May 30, 2008 - The 7th annual, so gather your teammates! Clear Creek Citizens Challenge is fun for all--participants and spectators. The Challenge is for novice rafters that have an attitude for adventure and know how to have a good time. You will be competing against people of all walks of life. The 1st year a group of Albertson's employees took the trophy home, qwest employees the 2nd year, friends getting together the 3rd & 4th years, a group from Florida in 2005, and a softball team last year. No previous rafting experience is needed--NO previous raft guides or trainees allowed in this segment of the Challenge.

The actual Challenge starts with reserving a spot for your team. Then, on Friday May 30th, we start the check in process at 4pm. After gearing everyone up, each team member is given bibs to distinguish the team. We then start putting on the river, each team is 'released' in intervals and timed by a professional. This is a test of successfully maneuvering down the river, the winning team will be the team that works together and takes instruction well from our guide.

Included is one practice run with 'your guide' (one of our professional guides will be on each raft). Challenge entry, Challenge, admission to the after party at Tommy Knockers Brewery, beer coupon, T-shirt to commerate the event, and allot of FUN!! Space is limited---call now for reservations.
